The Fred Hollows Foundation in Vietnam is the country’s leading eye care NGO. We support the goals of VISION 2020 to eradicate avoidable blindness by 2020, and are committed to working with partners to bring about change that is sustainable and reaches even the most vulnerable communities.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Project Officer will manage the implementation of project activities in project sites are well coordinated and managed to ensure strongest progress towards the project goal and objectives, and most efficient use of resources.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in program development, management and implementation, especially experience working for an international development, government or community based organisation. You will possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be organized, motivated and work well alone and within a team.

Fluency in written and spoken English as well as the ability to travel domestically and internationally will be essential.
